FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vacuum high-temperature heating chambers for articles processing. Proposed chamber comprises sealed housing communicated with vacuum pumping station and heaters and heat shields arranged in sealed housing. Sealed housing is made with tilting door, and heaters are made with possibility of products processing at temperature of 2,000–3,000 °C. Heat-shielding screens are installed between heaters and inner walls of housing and swinging door and hollow with possibility of cooling due to their cavities filling with water with constant temperature of 99 °C from water-heating tank through flexible heat-insulated hoses by means of high-temperature hydraulic pump. At the outlet of the housing, the cavities of the screens are connected to the water-heating tank from the lower side of the housing through a water-cooled steam condenser, and from upper side of housing through series-installed steam ejector vacuum pump and water-cooled water vapor condenser. Water-filled upper part of water-heating tank is connected by pipeline to inlet of steam ejector vacuum pump.
EFFECT: higher reliability and service life of vacuum high-temperature heating chamber at increased range of operating temperatures.
