FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, gastroenterology and microbiology, and concerns reducing the manifestations of non-motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease (PD). That is ensured by intestinal microbiocenosis correction by introducing an autoprobiotic with Enterococcus faecium content of not less than 108 KOE per 1 ml. Autoprobiotic is orally administered in dose of 50 ml 2 times a day for a course of at least 20 days.
EFFECT: it provides effective correction of non-motor PD symptoms, particularly improvement of bowel motility and evacuation capacity without side effects, due to absence of conflict with immune system, as well as with other representatives of patient's own microbiota.
