SUBSTANCE: multilayer structure (20) includes a first layer (21) to be placed in a place relatively closer to the wearer's skin, a third layer (23) to be placed in a place relatively more distant from the wearer's skin, and a second layer (22) located between both layers (21, 23). Each of the first layer (21) and the third layer (23) has a recess (21a, 23a) on the surface facing the skin. A gap corresponding to the recess (23a) in the third layer (23) exists between the second layer (22) and the third layer (23). The second layer (22) or the third layer (23) includes an antimicrobial agent (24). In the plan view, a recess (21) in the first layer (21) and a recess (23a) in the third layer (23) are present at a location overlapping the antimicrobial placed area in which the antimicrobial agent (24) is placed.
