FIELD: forestry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of forestry, mainly to the technology of creating forest crops with seedlings with a closed root system, grown in containers, in addition, can be used in agriculture. Device comprises hollow tube with through hole for seedling and working member. Device has an external U-shaped frame, on which two wheels are installed in its front part, and inside it a U-shaped frame with a counterweight and a wheel is hingedly installed, having the possibility to change position in a vertical plane. Working elements composed of hollow truncated cones are mounted on outer surface of internal frame wheel. In the rear part of the external U-shaped frame the working table, hollow tube and two clamping rollers are rigidly fixed.
EFFECT: device allows to reduce time for a tray of seedlings, to increase quality of planting by reduction of physical forces for formation of a seat and to increase labour efficiency.
