SUBSTANCE: device for forming holes for planting containerized seedlings relates to the field of forestry, mainly to the methods for creating forest crops with seedlings with a closed root system grown in containers, and can also be used in agriculture. The device contains a trolley on which a frame is mounted in its rear part, with a slider with a return spring placed on it. In this case, a hollow tube is mounted on the movable part of the slider, and the body of the working element is fixed to the side of the hollow tube. A rod with thrust bearings is installed inside the housing. At one free end of the rod there is a working element fixed at the bottom, and at the other at the top there is a rotary lever with the ability to rotate in a horizontal plane.
EFFECT: reducing the bulkiness of the structure and increasing labor productivity.
