SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to pathological anatomy and gynecology, and aims at diagnosing chronic endometritis in females with endometriosis. Endometrium pipelle-biopsy is performed in middle stage of proliferation phase or menstrual cycle secretion phase. Obtained biomaterial is immunohistochemically studied by staining the slits using a monoclonal antibody – Bond Ready-to-Use Primary Antibody CD68. Amount of CD68 macrophages is determined by counting the number of positive-colored cells by 1 mm². If the number of positive-stained CD68 cells of endometrium is 1 mm² at the middle stage of proliferation from 151 to 293 or in the middle stage of the secretion phase from 425 to 523, chronic endometritis is diagnosed. If the number of positive-stained CD68 cells of endometrium is 1 mm² at the middle stage of the proliferation phase from 49 to 150 or in the middle stage of the secretion phase from 74 to 424, this corresponds to the norm.

EFFECT: invention provides effective diagnosis of chronic endometritis in females with endometriosis.
