FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of oil and gas deposits by maintaining formation pressure. In compliance with this method, protective casing is installed through connecting assembly to well tying tubing, equipment is connected to power supply. Controller is remotely programmed and signal is sent from control controller to drive of shutoff-bypass device, working agent is pumped in constant steady-state mode. Parameters of the working agent are measured and information on parameters of the injection mode is processed. Obtained information is transmitted to the transmission reception device, and then to the computer with the corresponding software. If necessary, the following is performed: pumping mode adjustment, additional agent supply, filter cleaning. Equipment includes water conduits attached to pipe and arranged in series in protective housing first pressure sensor, horizontal filter with quick-detachable cover, brought outside protective housing, second pressure sensor, flow meter, shutoff-bypass device with shutoff element, drive, additional agent supply channel and built-in additional agent supply nozzle, third pressure sensor. Feed channel in the tube of the shutoff-bypass device is made drop-shaped. Inside protective housing there is working agent temperature sensor, first heating device, first air temperature sensor, first safety module, gas analyzer, ventilation unit. Control station has a second heating device, a second air temperature sensor, a second safety module, a control controller, a modem, a display, a power supply unit and an accumulator.

EFFECT: technical solution allows improving quality of oil and gas deposit development by maintaining formation pressure at steady-state constant injection mode.
