SUBSTANCE: use for evaluation of strength of rolling bearings. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that performing the loading of the analyzed object, recording the number of pulses of acoustic emission and their amplitude, determining the WAE diagnostic parameter associated with the degree of danger of defects, wherein the bearing loading is carried out by applying a load at the location of the detected defect geometrically similar to the working, wherein the load is statically applied radially from the shaft to the diagnosed part uniformly with fixed bearing rings, the resource calculation is carried out based on the parameter Nb (where Nb is a value which indicates the limit number of cycles before failure at the moment when fatigue has a maximum value, and stresses in the material are absent), then, the number of turns of the bearing rings relative to each other is determined during operation before its transition to the limit state.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of rolling bearings remaining life prediction.
