FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for using a split-conjugated bovine brucellosis vaccine as a "provocateur" in order to eliminate sick animals with a latent form of bovine brucellosis by immunising animals with a bovine brucellosis vaccine, blood serum analysis after vaccination, re-vaccination of serologically negatively reacting animals with the same vaccine in the same dose. Method is characterized by that immunization is carried out with a split-conjugated bovine brucellosis vaccine in dose of 1.0 ml every 6 months after vaccination and blood serum analysis every 3 months until complete health improvement, wherein administering the vaccine to an animal occurs by dissolving it with an immunoprotector with polypeptide-C.

EFFECT: use of the proposed method enables creating immunity in animals against brucellosis, as well as faster detection and elimination of brucellosis in animals.
