FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: method involves use of inactivated antibrucellar vaccine or a brucellar antigen; with that, vaccination is performed every day, perorally during 5-10 days, in 7-15 days after vaccination is completed, single peroral revaccination is performed with an antigen or vaccine together with an immune stimulant; with that, vaccine or antigen is introduced together with feedstuff or water. The proposed invention provides for peroral vaccination of animals by adding a vaccinating preparation to feedstuff, which considerably reduces costs for preventive measures against brucellosis.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing a level of specific brucellar antigens to a non-diagnostic level, which obstructs no further differentiation between sick and healthy population of animals immediately after preventive measures have been taken.
