FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccines against brucellosis in cattle. The following is proposed: an inactivated vaccine against brucellosis in cattle containing per 100 ml: 5.0 ml of an inactivated bacterial mass of the Brucella abortus 82 strain with 100 billion mc. in one dose, 2 of calcium biohydroxyapatite, the rest is physiological sodium chloride solution.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the range of vaccines against bovine brucellosis; after vaccination, antibodies remain in the blood of animals from 14 days to 3 months.
