Technical result is achieved due to determination by the terminal device of the second transport block size (TBS) according to the first transport block size (TBS) and the second resource parameter for the target transport block transmission, wherein the determination by the terminal device of the second transport block size (TBS) according to the first transport block size (TBS) and the second resource parameter for transmitting the target transport block includes determination by terminal of third transport block size (TBS) according to second resource parameter and first transport block size (TBS) and determination by the terminal device of the transport block minimum size (TBS) among the transport block sizes (TBS), which are greater than the third transport block size (TBS), or are equal to it and are equal integer multiple of specified value, as second transport block size (TBS).

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of obtaining information on transport block size (TBS) for data transmission.
