SUBSTANCE: method of receiving data includes receiving, by a receiving device, of a first part of a code block and at least one second part of a code block of a transport block during a single time interval, wherein the first code block part and the at least one second code block part are independently encoded, wherein the first code block part uses the first modulation and coding procedure, and for at least one second part of the code unit, a second modulation and coding procedure is used, wherein the first portion of the code block comprises a plurality of code subblocks, each of which is encoded independently, and second part of code block contains at least one code subunit, each of which is encoded independently, wherein the number of unit time intervals occupied by the first portion of the code block is greater than the number of unit time intervals occupied by at least one second portion of the code block; and demodulation by receiving device of first part of code unit and at least one second part of code unit.

EFFECT: technical result is providing fast data demodulation.
