FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to a method of biomedical imaging and a device for its implementation, in particular optical imaging of images, and can be used for non-invasive diagnosis of diseases of joints, including rheumatoid arthritis. Method of obtaining an optical image of interphalangeal joints involves exposing a finger joint to a biocompatible immersion agent having hyperosmotic action and a refraction index equal to or greater than the average skin refraction index, radiographing of the joint with optical radiation successively at wavelengths lying in the area of the biological tissue transparency window, recording corresponding images with the help of a digital camera located on the other side of the light source relative to the position of the joint, determining image contrast is carried out within first-order statistics, wherein before illumination, the region to be examined is immersed into an immersion agent for 8–10 minutes until skin tension is achieved, wherein immersion agent is placed in vessel with two flat walls located opposite each other, through which there is a radiographic examination. Optical sensor for recording the image of interphalangeal joints for implementing method of 1 comprises one laser light source, equipped with a light guide, a digital monochrome camera, a programmable control unit, wherein laser radiation source and digital monochrome camera are installed in body-support for hand, in which there is a window and an additional hole made opposite applicator chamber to accommodate finger, installed with possibility of movement, made of transparent glass or plastic, filled with immersion agent and having two flat and two rounded walls, one end of the light guide is fixed by a connector opposite flat walls of the applicator chamber, and the other end is fixed on the body-support for the hand by means of a hinge joint with possibility of turning through 90°, wherein digital camera is installed with possibility of changing position on horizontal and vertical for installation of its lens against window or additional hole in support housing and is equipped with lens and IR correcting lens.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions makes it possible to increase the contrast of the optical image.
