FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and to a method for creating optical transparency windows of biological tissues for optical diagnosis and therapy of psoriasis or vitiligo using methods of fluorescence diagnostics and Raman spectroscopy with excitation in the ultraviolet (UV) region of the electromagnetic spectrum, where the transparency window is created in the UV region of the electromagnetic spectrum by replacing the mobile water present in the interstitial fluid of biological tissue with at least one biologically compatible immersion agent, which is impregnated with biological tissue, while the immersion agent has a low absorption coefficient and a high refractive index in the UV region of the electromagnetic spectrum.
EFFECT: invention provides decrease in light scattering and higher increase in tissue transparency in the UV region compared to the visible and infrared regions.
