FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw propellers and can be used for reduction of ship hull vibration at vane frequency and multiple frequencies. In order to implement the device to create a prop against the propeller, additionally equipped with force sensors for determination of propeller thrust forces components, arranged in the area of the stern thrust bearing of the propeller shaft in three mutually perpendicular directions; rotor of screw propeller rotation speed; transducer of constant component of torque on propulsion motor shaft; control unit generating control signal; current controller, which changes current in main circuit of propulsion motor and controls screw propeller rotation speed during one revolution according to specified law. Control unit inputs are connected to outputs of force sensors, screw propeller rotation speed sensor and torque constant component sensor, and the output is connected to the input of the current controller, the output of which is connected to the input of the main circuit of said drive.
EFFECT: enabling reduction of ship hull vibration at vane frequency and multiple frequencies thereof.
