FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: propulsion system consists of an autonomous chassis and a reserve submersible electric motor, the stator of which is fixed to the chassis, while the rotor from the inner side has one full circular ring. The chassis has the shape of a profiled circular wing, and consists of an identical autonomous reserve submersible electric motor installed coaxially to the first, the stator of which is fixed to the chassis. The rotor from the inner side has one full circular ring. Propeller blades are fixed to the inner surface of each circular ring. The shaft of the rotor is also the shaft of the propeller blade. Each shaft is installed in bearings, mounted on posts, fixed onto the chassis and/or the stator. The hub of the propeller blade id rigidly fixed to the shaft of the rotor, or the shaft is rigidly fixed to the posts. The rotor rotates in the bearing of the hub of the propeller blade.
EFFECT: improved propulsion properties; increased efficiency of the system; lower levels of possible vibrations and noise.
