SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. For this purpose, terminal receives first indicative information, wherein the first indicative information is used to indicate the frequency domain blocks contained in the first interleaving index in the first pass band part (BWP). Terminal determines frequency domain blocks contained in the first interleaving index in the first BWP based on the first offset value and the first indicative information. First offset value is determined based on one of such parameters as first BWP, first SCS and value of M, wherein the first SCS is a first SCS corresponding to the first BWP, and the value M denotes the total number of interlaces contained in the first BWP.

EFFECT: facilitating the allocation of resources by a network device due to the fact that allocation of resources using interleaving as a structural unit at different subcarrier spacing (SCS) can be determined by configuring different offset values for different SCS.
