FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by using the terminal to transmit a first indicative information to the network apparatus via a first transmission packet containing CG-PUSCH within the channel occupancy time (COT) received by the terminal. The uplink control information (UCI) of the CG-PUSCH channel contains the first indicative information indicating that the terminal uses a second transmission packet within the COT jointly with the network apparatus. The second transmission packet contains the channels transmitted by the network apparatus to the first terminal. When the first indicative information constitutes 1-bit indicative information indicating whether the first terminal is sharing a resource within the COT, the channels transmitted via the second transmission packet are broadcast or transmitted in the multicast mode, and the duration of the second transmission packet is less than or equal to the second set duration. When the first indicative information is used to indicate the initial position of the second transmission packet and the length of the second transmission packet, the channels transmitted via the second transmission packet contain unicast PDSCH.
EFFECT: reduced HARQ feedback delay.
