SUBSTANCE: invention relates to intelligent door lock control. Method comprises steps of: determining an algorithm for generating a dynamic password, which is consistent with the intelligent door lock, wherein dynamic password generation algorithm is based on synchronization between first mobile terminal and intelligent door lock; initially, an algorithm for generating a dynamic password is executed, and initiating execution of an algorithm for generating a dynamic password by an intelligent door lock; real-time dynamic password is determined on request and a valid dynamic password is sent to the second mobile terminal to provide the user of the second terminal with the possibility to unlock the intelligent door lock.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of remote assignment of temporary key to user once.
