SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication method and a communication terminal device. Method comprises: determining, by the terminal device, an uplink reference signal for the uplink target signal; determination by the terminal device of transmission power of the uplink target signal according to the transmission power of the uplink reference signal; and transmitting, by the terminal device, the uplink target signal using the determined transmission power. At that, the uplink target signal is a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS), and the reference uplink signal is a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitted over the demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port, which is associated with the PTRS.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of communication characteristics.
