Signal transmission method involves: determining, by the terminal device, information for indicating a resource of a channel status information reference signal (CSI-RS) corresponding to an uplink target signal; determining, by the terminal device, a power control parameter of the uplink target signal according to information for indicating the CSI-RS resource; determination by the terminal device of the power of sending the uplink target signal according to the power control parameter; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink target signal to the network device according to the transmission power.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of power control, thereby improving transmission characteristics of system.
