SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. Method comprises: a method, a terminal device and a network device for transmitting signals, wherein the method comprises: a terminal device determining information for indicating a resource of the probing reference signal (SRS) corresponding to the uplink target signal; terminal device determines a first uplink target signal power control parameter according to SRS resource indication information; terminal device determines transmission power of the uplink target signal according to the first power control parameter and the terminal device sends the uplink target signal to the network device according to the transmission power.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of power control for improvement of transmission quality.
