FIELD: ventilation and air conditioning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elements of ventilation systems, namely to flexible ventilation inserts used in ventilation systems to prevent vibration transmission from fan to air ducts, particularly in aggressive media. Disclosed is a flexible ventilation insert comprising two connecting elements forming a channel, connected to each other by a flexible element, characterized in that the flexible element is made from an elastomer or from chemically resistant rubber based on polypropylene or based on polyvinyl chloride or from TPE (thermoplastic elastomers), connecting elements are made of polymer material resistant to aggressive medium, and flexible element is connected to connection elements by means of welding rod of the same material as connecting elements.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of flexible ventilation insert operation in aggressive media conditions, longer service life of the device, which results in no need for frequent replacement, improved sealing properties of the device, which implies low probability of leakage and contact with chemicals, reduced weight of the device.
