SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory diagnostics of oncological diseases, and is a reagent kit for detecting a marker of epithelial CA-62 carcinomas in the patient's blood serum for early cancer diagnosis, detecting recurrences and monitoring treatment of epithelial human tumors by immunochemical analysis, having higher sensitivity and specificity, different from all currently available serum markers, and including a plate with immobilized antibodies to cancer antigen CA-62, which are monoclonal antibodies of IgM class, directed against N-glycoside epitope of glycoprotein CA-62, conjugate "CA-62-Akridin", standard calibrators CA-62 in range of measurements from 10 to 30000 units/ml, including or not including positive control CA-62, working buffer solution, pH from 2.0 to 8.0, containing Tween-80.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of a high sensitivity and specificity kit of reagents for early cancer diagnosis, detecting tumor recurrences and monitoring treatment of human epithelial tumors by immunochemical analysis.
