FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method for assessing the dynamics and completeness of blood clot retraction for predicting the probability of spontaneous abortion involves taking blood samples of a patient in sodium citrate-containing containers, transferring citrated blood into a test tube and adding calcium chloride and 1 unit/ml of thrombin, taking a double-channel measuring cell, washing with sodium triton X-100 solution on sodium chloride the inner surface of the cuvette channels, removing detergent residues, citrated blood is added to measuring cell with added calcium chloride and thrombin, photofixation is performed in automatic mode of changing size of two-dimensional image of blood clot, constructing, based on the results of fixing the kinetic curve of the change in the area of the projection of the clot against time, determining and assessing, based on the plotted curve, the blood clot contraction dynamics parameters, wherein the patient's body temperature is measured, the temperature of the body of the patient being tested is set in a thermostatically controlled chamber, the measuring cell with the analysed blood is placed in a temperature-controlled chamber; diagnosis is performed by comparing the blood clot blood clotting kinetics values of the patient with averaged kinetics of clotting blood clotting of previously delivered non-pregnant females with no obstructed obstetric history and previous complications of pregnancy and taken as the norm.
EFFECT: invention provides diagnosing a frequent pathology of pregnant women, allowing health workers to take preventive measures against foetal miscarriage.
