FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and veterinary science. Patient's blood sampling is performed in containing sodium citrate reservoir, double-channel measuring cell is taken, inner surface of cuvette is rinsed with detergent-solution of Triton X-100 on sodium chloride. Then detergent remains are removed, in citrate blood added calcium chloride and thrombin, blood is transferred into measuring cell, which is placed in heated thermostatically controlled chamber, where in automatic mode photo recorded and fixed size variation of two-dimensional image of blood clot, by results of fixation constructed kinetic curve (diagram) dependence of change of area S projection of clot from time t. By constructed curve parameters of dynamics of retraction (stabilization) blood clot are determined and evaluated. At that, characterizing process average values - final degree of healthy donor blood clot retraction, equal to 51.9 %; lag-period equal to 72.6 s; time for achieving clot ¼ of initial size is 344.7 s; time for achieving clot 1/2 from final size is 348.5 s; value of area under the kinetic curve 785.2 standard units; average retraction speed 0.041 s.u./s is taken as norm, at deviations from above pathology is diagnosed standards hemostasis system of patient.

EFFECT: objective indices of blood clot retraction process increases reliability of results of diagnostics of diseases, higher efficiency of therapeutic process.
