SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and more specifically to the diagnosis of a hyper- and hypocoagulation state based on a fibrin kinetics method, and can be used in clinical practice by doctors of clinical laboratory diagnostics, therapists, cardiology for the purpose of timely diagnosis of pre-thrombotic state and to prevent the development of DIC.
EFFECT: essence of the method consists in the fact that based on the formed databases of the results of studies of the dynamics of fibrin formation by the turbidimetry method, a formula for the dependence of the measured parameters is developed, which enables to systematize and characterize the state of the patient's haemostasis system in the format of the calculated index.
