FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for capture of dripping liquid from gas flow and can be used in various industries. Disclosed are three versions of gas-dynamic separator, comprising housing, input device, connected to inlet pipe, equipped with separation device with cover and branch pipe, a coalescing unit, gas and liquid discharge pipes and a partition. During operation of first version of separator, gas to be purified is tangentially supplied to input device and directed along ascending spiral along inner wall of latter, on which in the centrifugal forces field the largest drops of liquid are deposited, which are then discharged by means of the separation device into the lower part of the housing, From gas space of which gas entrained with liquid is directed along branch pipe into axial area of input device. Gas flow is further cleaned in coalescing unit, at that, fluid settled on coalescing elements flows down, then along partition—into lower part of separator, from which is withdrawn, and cleaned gas is removed through annular wall-mounted manifold and branch pipe. In the second version, an additional coalescing unit is installed in the upper part of the housing, in the third version there is a drop catcher installed under the partition wall. In the second version of the separator, the purified gas is purified in an additional coalescing unit, and in the third version, a drop liquid is removed from the mixture of gas and liquid released by the separation device, preventing its ingress into purified gas through slot gap between housing and partition.
EFFECT: technical result is higher degree of separation while reducing metal consumption.
