SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering, namely to grounding circuit condition monitoring devices. Summary: device for measuring earthing resistance includes earthing bus connected to earthing device of electric installation, remote electrode, measurement unit, galvanic isolation unit for current sensor, galvanic isolation unit for voltage sensor. Input of the galvanic isolation unit for the current sensor is connected to the grounding bus, and the output is connected to the first input of the measurement unit. First input of the galvanic decoupling unit for the voltage sensor is connected to the grounding bus, the second input is connected to the remote electrode and the output is connected to the second input of the measurement unit. Output of measurement unit is connected to input of information output unit through serial connection of conversion unit and comparator unit.
