SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric power engineering, in particular, to methods for measuring and monitoring the stationary resistance of the grounding equipment of the poles of overhead power lines. Substance: apparatus comprises a current electrode and a potential electrode; a current pulse generator; current and voltage sensors; units for recording the constant and harmonic components of stray currents; a memory; a reverse Fourier transform unit; an inverter; a correction adder; a divider; a time sampling unit; a count adder; a count divider; a grounding resistance locking mechanism; a time sampling generator; a counter; a time delay unit; a univibrator; a detachable current-measuring transformer; keys for locking stray currents, correcting by stray currents and timing transient processes; a control unit, a timer, and a transceiver with an antenna.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of determining the resistance of grounding equipment of the poles of overhead power lines by accounting for stray currents and the duration of transient processes.
