SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices for sportsmen and can be used for training in game sports, in particular in hockey, football, basketball, and so forth, as well as for entertainment purposes for games in a changing situation, aimed at developing speed of reaction and dexterity, to work in a team. To achieve said technical result, a complex system for training athletes, consisting of at least two chips, each comprising a housing, a power source, light and sound sources, wherein each chip is equipped with a wireless communication module, light and sound signal sources are arranged in the housing of each chip, wherein each chip is additionally equipped with an optical sensor and a vibration sensor, and chips are combined into a single system through wireless communication using a control module.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using the disclosed invention is to create a device for training athletes, which makes it possible to conduct training both for one sportsman, and for a team, to track speed of performance of exercises by sportsmen and to increase rate of training process, taking into account the athlete's previous results, as well as improving the quality of the training process and creating the possibility of training the athlete "with himself".
