SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of a torque wrench. Torque wrench comprises first housing (10) with recess (11), second housing (20) pivotally connected to the first housing, a first resilient member (30) entering the second housing, retaining assembly (40) comprising locating element (41) with first threaded section (411) and several first through holes (413), first control element (50) comprising head (51), centering link (60) with several second through holes (61), and fixing unit (70) comprising several first fixing elements (71), a second fixing element (72), several third fixing elements (73), a fourth fixing element (74), fastening element (75) and a second adjusting element (76).
EFFECT: improved load distribution on the parts of the torque wrench, simplified design of the torque wrench.
