SUBSTANCE: container (1) for application contains main case (2), inner element (20) of an applicator, and impregnation material (30). Inner element (20) of the applicator contains part (21) for accommodation of impregnation material and part (22) for accommodation of a valve working element, which contains valve saddle (22a) from the side of part (21) for accommodation of impregnation material and stop part (22b) for the valve working element from the side of main case (2) of the container, and in which valve working element (22c) is located with the possibility of movement between valve saddle (22a) and stop part (22b) for the valve working element. There is also connecting groove (50), which forms a gap between valve working element (22c) and part (22) for accommodation of the valve working element in a state, in which valve working element (22c) is held by stop part (22b) for the valve working element, while connecting groove (50) contains first connecting groove (51) made in the part for accommodation of the valve working element, second connecting groove (52), and third connecting groove (53), which are made in the part for accommodation of impregnation material, wherein second connecting groove (52) is formed in a gap between stop ribs supporting the lower surface of impregnation material, and third groove (53) is formed in a gap between installation ribs designed for installation of a peripheral surface of impregnation material.
