FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground dams. Ground dam with clay-cement-concrete diaphragm includes body of dam from soil material, diaphragm made by method of bored-secant piles, transition zones in form of reverse filter with self-healing sand layer. Diaphragm of the dam is made curvilinear in plan and convex towards the upper outline outlines in two tiers through the convex. Second tier of the diaphragm is inclined 15–30 degrees from the vertical line.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of crack formation and horizontal deformations (displacements) of the clay-cement-concrete diaphragm of the dam.
