FIELD: biotechnology; veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and veterinary medicine and aims at producing microencapsulated probiotic preparations. Method for increasing the effectiveness of the preparation "Enzimsporin" involves microencapsulation of the preparation "Enzimsporin" using sodium alginate as a shell of microcapsules, when obtained by physical-chemical method of precipitation with a non-solvent using an acetone solution as precipitator and 2.2 M calcium chloride solution for capsule stabilization. Precipitant used is 40 % acetone solution; the preparation contains a trypsin crystal enzyme in amount of 5 % of the total amount of the preparation.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher effectiveness of the preparation "Enzimsporin".
