FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and veterinary medicine, and can be used for producing microcapsulated probiotic agents. Invention constitutes a method for producing microcapsulated enzymesporin in sodium alginate, characterised by introducing 5.0 g enzymesporin and 4.0 g activated carbon into 50 ml of purified water, mixing to a homogeneous state, and adding an equal amount of a 5% sodium alginate solution to the resulting suspension; the resulting mixture is dispersed from a height of 20 to 25 cm in 150 to 200 ml of a 0.2 M calcium chloride solution using a dosing apparatus while stirring constantly at a speed of 50 to 60 rpm for 20 to 25 minutes; the formed microcapsules are separated by filtering and put in a 0.4 to 0.5% chitosan solution, wherein said capsules are held for 50 to 60 minutes; the resulting microcapsules are separated on a Schott filter, washed, and dried at 30 to 35°C.
EFFECT: increase in the biological resistance of the microcapsulated agent to the acidic gastric environment, reduction in the loss of probiotic bacteria in the process of microcapsulation, and creation of microcapsules of more stable sizes.
