SUBSTANCE: invention relates to Komagataella kurtzmanii yeast transformant producing β-glucanase. Proposed transformant of yeast Komagataella kurtzmanii contains a gene coding endo-β-1,3-1,4-glucanase from Paenibacillus jamilae, or gene, encoding an enzyme whose amino acid sequence is homologous to the amino acid sequence of endo-β-1,3-1,4-glucanase from Paenibacillus jamilae by at least 90 %.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of recombinant microorganisms producing β-glucanase.
