SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology and biotechnology and concerns producing the yeast strain Komagataella kurtzmanii producing an endo-β-1,3-1,4-gluconase. Komagataella kurtzmanii yeast strain is deposited under No. VKPM Y-4660. This strain contains a gene coding endo-β-1,3-1,4-glucanase from Paenibacillus jamilae, and a gene coding endo-β-1,3-1,4-glucanase from Bacillus pumilus.
EFFECT: invention provides extending the range of recombinant microorganisms producing endo-β-1,3-1,4-gluconase.
