SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology and biotechnology. Disclosed are β-glucanase-producing transformants of Pichia pastoris yeast containing a bgl gene coding endo-β-1,3(4)-D-gluconase from Bacillus safensis or an enzyme whose amino acid sequence is homologous to it by at least 96 %.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an enzyme with high efficiency.
