SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of modeling. Method of simulating virtual networks in conditions of destructive program actions, which consists in the fact that initial graph of analyzed physical network is formed with given number of N vertices of graph and M branches connecting them, specifying R information directions between graph vertices, number of statistical experiments and duration of modeling time step, characterized by that additionally setting a number of individual heterogeneous requirements for virtual network, providing the j-th information direction, a routing version, an interval of variation and a law of random variables distribution, which characterize recovery times of non-functional elements of a physical communication network depending on elements and implemented type of destructive program actions, all vertices of a graph of a physical communication network are numbered, a matrix of adjacency of the graph is formed, the elements of which are weight coefficients which take into account throughput capacity of each branch of the physical network.
