Method includes the following: access network device sends configuration information to terminal, wherein the configuration information comprises information on the time domain resource group to indicate the time domain distribution of the at least one group of time domain resource blocks; and access network device sends indication information about resource to terminal, and the terminal determines the time domain resource block used by the terminal, according to the resource indicative information and the time domain resource group information.

EFFECT: technical result consists in indicating resources for terminal, which are intermittent in time domain.
