SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems, methods and apparatus for determining access and channel control and signaling priority. To this end, the wireless transmit/receive WTRU may comprise a processor configured at least in part to determine device-to-device (D2D) (D2D data) data to be transmitted. WTRU may determine available resources for scheduling (SA) (SA-resources) used for priority-based D2D data signals. WTRU may select one or more available SA resources used for priority-based D2D data signals. WTRU may transmit D2D data, wherein D2D data may be transmitted on selected SA resources.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of WTRU to determine, whether D2D-data can be transmitted.
