FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pile foundation construction, more precisely to composite metal pipe piles, and can be used both in the construction of offshore structures, such as gas and oil production platforms, and in land construction, for example in permafrost conditions, and can also be used in the implementation of other types of construction and installation works, during which the joining of prefabricated pipe elements without the use of welded joints is provided, including joining in a confined space (for example, under water). The connection of the pile and support structures consists of at least two sections of pipe piles that are abutted with each other, and at the junction, the first section is provided with an outer surface mating with the inner surface of the second section. Annular grooves are made on the outer surface of the first section and on the inner surface of the second section, which, when combined, form an annular channel in which the locking element is located. The annular channel has at least one hole made in the wall of one of the abutting sections for mounting the locking element into the annular channel. EFFECT: ensuring reduction in volume of operations and the time spent on assembling the pile structure.
