FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of oil deposit, represented by several operational objects, completely or partially coinciding in structural plan. Method involves selection of oil samples and their analysis, detection of certain parameters characteristic for oil from various sections of the deposit, analysis and evaluation of oil inflows. According to the invention, an oil deposit is selected, which is represented by several operational objects, completely or partially coinciding in the structural plan, on the given deposit the wells - group A, operating all objects are selected, but at that, each of wells extracts only from one of production objects, performing DNA-analysis of oil samples from the given wells of group A and determining a set and types of bacteria living in each of the operating objects, then sampling oil from the remaining wells - group B, each of which operates on several objects, performing DNA-analysis of said samples, comparing with a set of bacteria specific for each of the operational objects determined by DNA-analysis from wells of group A, and determining percentage distribution of oil influx from each of production objects in wells of group B, at difference of oil production from objects in 15 % and more, in wells of group B there performed are measures for influx leveling, which consist in installation of equipment for simultaneous separate operation, water insulation works, works on intensification of inflow, or disconnection of one or more operational objects, monitoring of distribution of oil influx with application of DNA-analysis of oil samples is performed at wells of group B with periodicity at least once in 3 months; if necessary, measures for flood alignment are repeated.
EFFECT: provides for increased oil recovery of multi-object oil deposit.
