Method of indicating transmission resources for wireless communication comprises steps of: receiving (610) through a terminal device first resource indication information from a network device at a first moment, wherein the first moment is located in the n^th resource block of the time domain, wherein the first resource indication information indicates a frequency domain resource allocated for transmitting the target channel in the (n + i)^th time unit resource unit, and the target channel comprises a data channel or control channel of the terminal device, where n and i are positive integers; and receiving (620) through the terminal device second resource indication information from the network device at a second moment after the first moment, wherein the second resource indication information indicates a time domain resource allocated for transmitting the target channel in the (n + i)^th resource block of the time domain.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of performance of data transmission on an ascending/descending line of communication.
