FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication; it can be used for blind decoding of a physical downlink control channel (hereinafter – PDCCH). In a terminal device, blind decoding of PDCCH is performed in the i-th blind decoding occasion of N blind decoding occasions based on the first information, while i is a positive integer, i≤N, and the first information contains a search space type. Blind decoding of PDCCH in a set of search spaces is performed based on priorities of search space types in the i-th blind decoding occasion, wherein search space types contain a common search space and an individual search space for a user.
EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption and complexity of blind decoding, achieved by the fact that blind decoding can be performed in different planning periods based on the maximum number of blind decoding during a predetermined period of time.
