FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to a method of producing toxocar antigen for conducting a rapid test for toxocariasis by an immunochromatographic method, as well as to a method for producing a toxocar antigen conjugate with a dye for conducting a rapid test for toxocariasis by an immunochromatographic method, comprising the same. Also disclosed is a method of producing a test strip for conducting a rapid test for toxocariasis by an immunochromatographic method, comprising preparing a toxocar antigen conjugate with a methylene blue dye, as well as a test strip for conducting a rapid test for toxocariasis, obtained using said method. Invention also relates to a method of producing toxocarosis immune serum for carrying out a rapid test for toxocariasis by an immunochromatographic method, comprising obtaining a toxocar antigen using the above method, method of producing a conjugate of toxocar immune serum with a dye for conducting a rapid test for toxocariasis by an immunochromatographic method using the same, as well as to a method of producing a test strip for conducting a rapid test for toxocariasis by an immunochromatographic method, a test strip obtained by the method, as well as to a rapid test for diagnosing toxocariasis by an immunochromatographic method comprising the same.
EFFECT: invention is effective for analysis for toxocariasis by immunochromatographic method without sending the biomaterial to the laboratory, and in the shortest possible time - for 3-5 minutes, and with high accuracy.
