SUBSTANCE: invention refers to treating an infection caused by human immunodeficiency virus. Pharmaceutical composition for treating infection caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which is a two-layer tablet, comprises an amorphous dispersion composition of Doravirine and a polymer in the first layer and lamivudine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate in a second layer, wherein polymer is hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose acetosuccinate.
EFFECT: invention provides stability of the components of the composition.
