SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of providing rescue of crews of emergency underwater objects, mainly submarines, which are in underwater position, using rescue submarine device (RSD). Disclosed is a detachable fixing device for transportation, underwater outlet and reception of RSD by submarine, as well as for providing transfer of rescued submariners from RSD to submarine in submerged position. Separating-fixing device is made as removable metal frame with located in centre sealed vertical cylindrical shaft having top flange with possibility of fixation and release of RSD, lower flange with seal and possibility of fixation with clamps on submarine coaming platform. Invention describes performance of drives of devices for fastening and recoil of storm-operated RSD in the form of a multiplier reducer with a hydraulic cylinder and fixation of the RSD fixation by stopping the drive at a dead point and using a spring retainer.

EFFECT: higher reliability of operation and improved performance of detachable-fastening device when providing underwater rescue operations of submarine.
